Current Mood: kinda freaked, actually
I winessed a hit and run (no serious injuries, thank goodness) outside my apartment. We just finished giving our statements to the police. The fun part is that this was the latest development in a line of harrassments the driver has been engaged in in regards to the apartment complex I live in. (Not that I think he came here to run anyone over, mind you...but the fact that he immediately drove off definitely is worrisome). This person very seriously needs help. |
